Three months after the exterior documentation of the former bakehouse on Gut Kuckesrath in the Aachen Soers, I was commissioned with the associated interior photographs.
The actual volume of the building, ultimately the baking room, is inaccessible, but on the northwestern inner wall on the ground floor is the former oven door, which is now bricked up.
This must have been preceded by a gallery in the past, as the former oven opening is far too high for meaningful operation from ground level.
The stable is one-story, above it is the pointed floor of a gable roof. Also here it applied to document the baking oven, and its chimney shaft from all sides. This has a large crack in its two flanks.
My photographs form the basis for the renovation of the listed bakehouse.
